No Hassle Loan At Same Day - Requires A Debit Card!

Tuesday, September 29th, 2009

When a lender agrees to make instant approval on loans the only criterion he looks out for is the presence of a debit card. He must have a current or a savings bank account which is active from the past 6 months. There is no other criterion he would look for in order to approve quick loans to a borrower who is badly in need of immediate cash.

No collateral required

No credits score asked for

No lengthy documentation or papers faxed

No employment details or financial details required

Why does a same day loan lender ask for a debit card?

There are various reasons for why an instant loan lender looks out for a borrower with debit card.

-Firstly, it is more convenient to make quick approval of loans. The approved loan amount is electronically deposited in your banks checking account within 24 hours or the next business day.

-It offers enough security that a lenders loan amount will be paid back on time.

-It also goes to prove that the borrower has some source of earnings and hence he holds a current savings account.

-It is convenient for the lender to deposit the loan amount easily and also borrower can borrow funds and pay back with the help of a debit card.

A lender makes instant approval of small loan size, roughly around 100 to 1500 and not more than that. As a lender has no collateral pledged with him he doesnt have anything to bank on for loan payment. In case a borrower defaults on loan payment a lender will miss out on his loan amount. There is no way he can claim back the loan amount from the borrower. The only option to recover this loan amount would be to file a case against the borrower.

With sufficient income in hand to support the monthly loan payment and with an adequate amount of cash to cover the down payment it is possible for you to go for a low down Payment Loan. A good credit rating is not always a necessity loans can be approved even with out that. The lender does not usually make credit checks while providing the loan amount to such applicants. The only qualification for loan is that the applicant must be earning a monthly pay cheque for at least past six months from the current employer and must have an active bank checking account.

Wash Away Credit Card Debt Fast and Forever

Friday, September 25th, 2009

If you are anything like I was several years ago, I could not see daylight. I had bills on top of bills, and the hope of ever paying anything off was an impossibility, or at least thats what I thought, in my hapless state.

After all of the sleepless nights and headache medication I finally figured out that the only way out of the mess was to take action. When I finally realized that I needed to at least start the process, I instantly got some peace of mind back.

I began a process of laying out my bills/credit cards and organizing them from the smallest to the largest. In my case it was $150.00 to $15,000 on about 10 cards. After doing that I went online and found a home budget program that really helped me organize my thoughts and my money. They are very easy to find, just google search “budgets for home” or something close and many programs pop-up.

So I went ahead and organized myself and my money, then was able to find where I was leaking cash. I didnt smoke, I didnt drink, I actually didnt do anything out of the ordinary where I thought I could find any spare cash. FInding any savings seemed crazy to me before I layed all of this out.

To my surprise just what I spent on coffee, or a donut once a week could give me a leg up on a credit card. I realized that I didnt have to stop at a donut shop every morning when coffee was available at the office…even though that coffee can be awful, it was worth the two or three dollars I’d toss to the grateful donut girl every morning, if I could pay a bill with it.

That was step one. Then I started taking my lunch….that saved me at least $7.00 per day, so now I’m up to ten bucks….Woooooooooooo Hoooooooo!

Doesnt seem like much but guess what? $10.00 X 20 days= $200.00 per month.

The folks at Home Depot would sure appreciate that extra cash, and if I could get my balance down with them quicker….All the better!

Ok this is where it gets better….That 200.00 that you found to send to Home Depot, that finally paid them off….now gets to get sent to your next credit card, along with the minimum payment you have been making to them all along….Trust me folks, your debt will disappear quickly this way.

I realize this stuff is taught all the time online, but rarely do you get the personal take on it….I have to tell you, the amount of peace of mind you enjoy as these debts disapper is impossible to explain, but it is pure nirvanna.

I decided about the same time that I needed to lighten my workload as I was reaching retirement age and was tired of being told what to do by “thirty somethings” that had’nt been alive as long as I’d been in business.

I found a company that made great things happen for me, and I hope you’ll give them a look…You will realize income you never thought possible.

Credit Card Debt Facts You Should Know

Sunday, September 20th, 2009

Increasingly more and more of us has at least some credit card debt. Facts put out by the credit card industry and debt counsellors show that not only are we increasing the number of cards we have but that we’re increasing the amount we owe on those cards. Those credit card debt facts can make truly frightening reading.

And it’s not just those of us in paid employment that are running up our credit card debt. Facts show that even students and the unemployed are increasing the amount they owe.

So what can we do about this situation? Well the first thing to recognize is that we are all responsible for our own borrowing. That being the case we can start to take steps to reduce the amount of money that we owe and also the amount we have to pay out each month.

Think of it this way; Credit cards are not “bad”, just like anything else they have plusses and minuses. Ok the minuses include horrendously high rates of interest but on the other side of the coin they can be invaluable in emergencies. Just don’t use them as long term loans because they were never designed for that kind of borrowing.

If you are finding that you have outstanding balances of two, three or more credit cards you will probably be well advised to look into taking out a debt consolidation loan. This will enable you to spread your borrowing over a fixed period of time. It will also ensure that you are paying a much, much lower rate of interest than you would be paying on your cards.

By shopping around you can usually find some very good deals available from the major lenders. And don’t forget to try and haggle down the rate you are offered. Tell them you have a better deal on the table across the street. You’ll be surprised just how much things can change with a little bit of competition.

Of course if you’ve got poor credit things might not be quite so simple. And if that is the case maybe the best thing would be you for you to talk to a licensed debt counsellor or visit a bill consolidation service to get some idea of how you can reduce your monthly commitments.

The important thing is to take action and stop yourself becoming one of those credit card debt facts!
